After working as a SIer, in-company information system department, and founding a SaaS startup, he joined Microsoft Japan in January 2015. For about 9 years, he has been engaged in advising enterprises on the use of cloud computing, and is called "Pakue" for short, since he called himself "Public Cloud Eraser" in his previous job. Currently, as the Director of the Cross Intelligence Center, he is focusing on support activities related to DX promotion in Japanese companies.

Ryusuke Kaneki joined UPWARD Corporation in 2006. In 2013, he became COO (Chief Operating Officer) and launched UPWARD, a mobile CRM service, and oversaw its business. In 2016, he became CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and grew the company into one of the top ISV vendors in Japan, including winning the Salesforce gold ISV partner award in 2017.
