Our communication is centered on chat tools such as Slack and Teams, and we value a culture of open communication that can be viewed by all employees. We also use video calls for casual face-to-face conversations, so it is no different from talking in the office. In addition, all-employee meetings are held twice a month, providing an opportunity for all employees to share everything from business progress to daily work topics.
We are a fully remote workforce, but we have offices in Tokyo and Osaka, so if you live in a nearby area, you can come in to work.
