(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "UPWARD") DECLARES THE FOLLOWING BASIC POLICY TO PREVENT DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANTISOCIAL FORCES, AND ALL EXECUTIVES AND EMPLOYEES OF UPWARD SHALL COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE APPROPRIATENESS AND SAFETY OF OUR OPERATIONS.
(1) The Company shall not have any relationship with antisocial forces.
(2) In order to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces, the Company shall cooperate with outside professional organizations such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, lawyers, etc., and shall respond in a systematic and appropriate manner.
(3) The Company shall not accept any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and shall take resolute legal action.
(4) The Company shall not provide funds or engage in backroom deals with antisocial forces.
(5) The Company shall ensure the safety of its officers and employees who respond to undue demands from antisocial forces.
