Masaki Ishida (CSO, General Manager, Sales Division)
After graduating from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2009, Ishida joined an internet security company on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In 2015, he joined salesforce.com, Inc. After working in inside sales, account executive, and sales manager, he was engaged as a branch office manager. He then worked at Slack Japan K.K., where he was in charge of the enterprise domain with a focus on the automotive and high-tech industries, before joining UPWARD in March 2021.
Ryo Naomoto (Deputy General Manager of Sales Division and General Manager of Kansai Branch Office)
After graduating from Doshisha University Faculty of Commerce in 2002, Mr . Naomoto joined Japan Telecom Corporation (currently Softbank Corporation), where he worked in corporate sales of business-to-business networks. 2004 joined Recruit Co. He worked as a sales manager of sales promotion for restaurants in Shikoku and Kansai area for 5 organizations. Joined UPWARD in April 2021.
