Naoki Ishida (General Manager of the Sales Division, CSO)
After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2009, joined Internet Security Co., Ltd., a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. After engaging in marketing and sales for new businesses in an in-house venture organization, started his own business. In 2015, joined Salesforce.com Co., Ltd. After working as an Inside Sales, Account Executive, and Sales Manager, served as a branch manager. Subsequently, at Slack Japan Co., Ltd., was responsible for the enterprise area, focusing on the automobile and high-tech industries, and joined UPWARD in March 2021.

Akira Naomoto (Deputy General Manager of the Sales Division and General Manager of the Kansai Branch)
After graduating from Doshisha University's Faculty of Commerce in 2002, joined Nippon Telecom Co., Ltd. (now SoftBank Corp.) and engaged in corporate sales of inter-company networks. In 2004, joined Recruit Co., Ltd. After experiencing corporate sales in the HR field, served as a sales manager for sales promotion to restaurants in the daily consumption area for 10 years in the Chushikoku and Kansai areas, leading five organizations. Subsequently, as a sales manager for four years, oversaw approximately 200 sales staff in the Kansai, Tokai, and major regional cities. Joined UPWARD in April 2021.
"UPWARD" is a next-generation mobile SFA that supports the on-site sales activities of mobile workers as a "sales activity partner." As of June 7, 2021, it has been introduced to approximately 300 companies, mainly large listed companies, and provides an input interface for easily accumulating information obtained through sales activities on-site. By utilizing location information and automatically placing the entered information on a map in conjunction with customer information, it supports the determination of priority and urgent sales plans.
