Background of the Award
UPWARD has provided sales DX support to approximately 400 companies, mainly major corporations, by "building a data-driven sales organization" starting from customer contact data on the sales floor and "providing insight (awareness) to the field" by utilizing sales activity information and customer information in CRM, UPWARD is a Microsoft Dynamics-based sales engagement service. UPWARD" is linked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform to realize "Digital Feedback Loop" in the sales domain by turning data into intelligence as recommended by Microsoft.
