UPWARD, Inc. "Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year" is an annual event hosted by Microsoft Japan to recognize partner companies that have demonstrated outstanding performance and provided exceptional value to customers among the many Japanese partner companies participating in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program (MCPP).
・Background of the Award
UPWARD has been supporting the sales DX of approximately 400 companies, mainly large enterprises, and has been working to promote sales engagement services by "building data-driven sales organizations" that start with customer contact data in the sales field, and by "providing insights (awareness) to the field" that utilize sales activity information and customer information on CRM. "UPWARD" is linked with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, etc., and realizes the "digital feedback loop" that Microsoft promotes to transform data into intelligence in the sales domain. As a result, the introduction of sales support services to Noritz Corporation (https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000074.000015260.html ), a user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, has been highly evaluated, leading to the award.

We are very honored to have received the "Microsoft for Startups" Award at the "Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year 2023." Since 2022, UPWARD has been accelerating its collaboration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and others, including migrating part of its service operating environment (PaaS) to Microsoft Azure.
