Background
The market for sales engagement services that help build and deepen relationships with customers continues to expand globally(*1). In addition, the use of mobile devices is rapidly increasing in the Asia-Pacific region, and we expect the need for our mobile-focused services to grow in this region. UPWARD has been collaborating with global platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft in Japan, and we aim to leverage these strengths overseas as well to become the service of choice for Japanese and local companies in the region.
