"UPWARD," an application that maximizes the value of CRM and SFA, is a Sales DX tool that utilizes advanced location-based technology to automatically detect and record sales activity data in CRM to optimize the sales activities of salespeople in the field. Through this collaboration, we will provide a new service that promotes DX in the nursing care industry in the form of "UPWARD" specifically for the sales frontlines of this industry.

BACKGROUND OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN UPWARD AND CARE DX

In the nursing care field, sales activities must be conducted in between busy day-to-day operations, and many companies and organizations tend to leave sales activities to the field or to a particular person.
