Background of the Partners' Participation
UPWARD provides "UPWARD," a mobile application that streamlines the recording and utilization of customer data. With a focus on "storing and utilizing" customer data, UPWARD is linked to cloud CRM and provides a variety of support functions to enable outside and in-home salespeople to work more creatively.
We are developing technologies for generative AI based on the results of activities and customer data related to outside sales and door-to-door sales. Most recently, we released a preview version of "UPWARD INSIGHT," which identifies potential quality customers and suggests the next action to be taken by each sales representative.
