This event is aimed at women who are interested in careers at startups or management positions and are considering a career change. Women working in Customer Success will discuss their work and work styles.

In Japan, there are still few female managers in startups. Many people who have achieved results, seized opportunities, and become managers face numerous challenges. However, there are no senior managers to serve as role models within the company, and many people are struggling with concerns that they cannot discuss with those around them.
Therefore, at this event, women working in Customer Success will openly discuss their work and work styles. We believe that many attendees will have similar concerns, and we hope to create an interactive discussion where we can overcome these challenges together.
