Purpose of the event
UPWARD, Inc. relocated its headquarters office in May 2024 to a new location that will serve as a hybrid work base that will draw out the creativity of its employees. By inviting employees' families to the new office, UPWARD Family Day was held with the aim of expressing gratitude to the families and deepening the bond between them, as well as to promote mutual understanding among employees.
SINCE THIS TIME IS DURING THE SUMMER VACATION PERIOD, WE HAVE PREPARED MANY PLANS FOR CHILDREN, SUCH AS A BUSINESS CARD EXCHANGE EXPERIENCE AND UPWARD QUIZ COMPETITION, BUT THE EVENT IS TARGETED AT ALL EMPLOYEES AND AIMS TO DEEPEN INTERACTION AMONG EMPLOYEES ACROSS DEPARTMENTAL BOUNDARIES.
