UPWARD BEGINS SALES VIA SB C&S. ACCELERATED EXPANSION TO MAJOR COMPANIES AND REGIONAL COMPANIES THROUGH A NATIONWIDE SALES NETWORK OF APPROXIMATELY 13,000 COMPANIES.

(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; hereinafter "UPWARD") has signed a distributor agreement (sales agreement) with SB C&S Co. Together with SB C&S, which specializes in sales and provision of products utilizing advanced technologies including cloud computing and AI through its nationwide sales network of approximately 13,000 companies, UPWARD will accelerate the deployment of UPWARD to major corporations and regional companies.
This initiative is a resale model, and secondary distributors contracted by SB C&S will sell UPWARD. After the contract is concluded, SB C&S will provide services and support directly to the companies that have introduced UPWARD.
