The mission statement of UPWARD Sales AI Innovation Lab is "Speed is everything. Innovate, now! The speed of innovation is the source of competitiveness in startups, as proven by the growth and performance of numerous global companies. This statement expresses our determination to further accelerate the speed of innovation and lead UPWARD to the next stage of growth through deep offline collaboration and engineers who are boldly taking on the challenges of technology.
The UPWARD Sales AI Innovation Lab brings together business teams, engineers, and designers in a real setting to accelerate the evolution of products and technology through active dialogue that transcends roles and domains. The Lab will serve as a place for co-creation where essential dialogues that bring new value to UPWARD are exchanged on a daily basis, including rapid decision-making based on customer-driven feedback and the creation of ideas for new functions and customer experiences.
Furthermore, this center will serve as an innovation hub where engineers who deep dive into technology and take on the challenge of value creation can demonstrate their capabilities. Currently, UPWARD is actively promoting research and development utilizing AI, such as the implementation of image and voice analysis, and the improvement of the accuracy of geocoding and stay detection, in addition to the advancement of the development process utilizing generative AI. We are building an environment that allows us to fully immerse ourselves in these challenges and pioneer the future of UPWARD with technology as the starting point.
