This statement embodies our determination to further accelerate the speed of innovation through deep offline collaboration and the active engagement of engineers boldly taking on technological challenges, leading UPWARD to the next stage of growth.
At the UPWARD Sales AI Innovation Lab, business teams, engineers, and designers will gather in person to accelerate the evolution of products and technology through active dialogue that transcends roles and fields. We will fulfill our role as a co-creation space where substantive discussions are held daily, based on customer-centric feedback, rapid decision-making, and the creation of new features and customer experience ideas, bringing new value to UPWARD.
Furthermore, this hub will also serve as an innovation hub where engineers who delve deeply into technology and take on the challenge of creating value can demonstrate their abilities. Currently, UPWARD is actively promoting research and development utilizing AI, including enhancing the development process using generative AI, implementing image and voice analysis, and improving the accuracy of Geocoding and stay detection. We will continue to build an environment where we can immerse ourselves in these challenges and pioneer UPWARD's future with technology as our starting point.

I am thrilled that the UPWARD Sales AI Innovation Lab is launching as a hub for the fusion of business and technology, and as a research and development hub for "GeoAI Agent," which combines geographic information and AI. We aim to accelerate product releases through close collaboration between the business and technology departments, and to cultivate new market needs through the 활성화 of communication within the technology department. By leveraging core technologies and AI related to the three Geos—Geocoding (address to latitude/longitude conversion), Geofencing (stay detection), and Geooptimizing (optimization of multi-point routes)—we will accelerate further innovation aimed at solving the challenges faced by field workers.
"UPWARD" is a sales engagement service that leverages advanced location information technology to automatically detect and record sales activities in CRM, optimizing the sales activities of field sales representatives.
