UPWARD launches new feature to retrieve registration information on Salesforce.

〜 Supporting the real estate industry to improve the efficiency and speed of land procurement operations

(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; hereinafter "UPWARD") has launched a new function that allows users to obtain registration information on Salesforce*1 with a single click. By using this function in combination with existing functions of UPWARD and Salesforce, business processes related to land purchasing can be streamlined and expedited in a single step.

Get land owner information with one click

With this function, registration information and its certificate (PDF) can be obtained and saved in Salesforce with a single click based on the land number information registered in Salesforce.

Advantages of using the automatic registration information acquisition function

Automation of owner inquiry
The work to obtain registration information at the Legal Affairs Bureau is no longer required, and the workload for owner inquiry is expected to be reduced.
Automatic generation of sales lists and immediate approach
Registration information is saved on Salesforce, the sales platform, and automatically reflected in existing sales lists, reducing the preparation time before sales activities begin.
Avoiding costs caused by duplicate acquisition of registration information
Registration information is managed centrally on Salesforce, making it easier to prevent duplicate acquisition of registration information for the same lot number.

By combining the existing functions of Salesforce and UPWARD, including the "Zenrin Blue Map Linkage Function "*2 that will be available in 2023, the time required for information gathering and preparation before the start of sales, such as "searching for land," "checking registration information," and "making lists," can be reduced. This allows sales representatives to spend more time on high-value-added tasks such as approaching and negotiating with owners.
