With this function, based on the land number information registered in Salesforce, you can acquire registration information and its certificate (PDF) with one click and save it in Salesforce.

Registration information is stored on Salesforce, which is the sales foundation, and automatically reflected in existing sales lists, shortening the preparation time before starting sales activities.
・Avoid Cost Incurrence Due to Duplicate Acquisition of Registration Information
By centrally managing registration information on Salesforce, it becomes easier to prevent duplicate acquisition of registration information for the same land number.
By combining Salesforce and UPWARD's existing functions, including the 'Zenrin Blue Map Integration Function'*2, which was launched in 2023, we can reduce the time required for information gathering and preparation work up to the start of sales, such as 'searching for land,' 'confirming registration information,' and 'listing.' This allows sales representatives to spend more time on high value-added tasks such as approaching owners and negotiating.
