UPWARD Implementation Doubles Activity Data Input: A Case Study of Nippon Ric Co., Ltd.

UPWARD, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhisa Nishimura; hereinafter Nippon Liquor). The increase in the number of data inputs has enabled the visualization of contact status with customers, which had been an issue. Furthermore, by utilizing the customer location information provided by UPWARD, it has become easier to create optimal visit plans, promoting customer relationship building.
