Tsukui introduces UPWARD, a sales support service 

~ Streamlining caregiver visits and company-wide collaboration to create a high-quality service delivery system rooted in the community

(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; hereinafter "UPWARD") is pleased to announce that its sales support service "UPWARD" has been introduced to Tsukui Co.

Tsukui is developing its nursing care business with the mission of "Facing the challenges of a super-aging society and creating an era in which people can live happily for 100 years of their lives. With more than 770 business locations nationwide, the company provides a wide range of services specializing in nursing care and medical care, with a focus on daycare services. In parallel with responding to users, our sales representatives visit home care support offices and propose services through care managers.

While aiming to provide high quality services rooted in the community, a limited number of sales representatives handle many other tasks in addition to sales activities, including user support and administrative work. Under these circumstances, we adopted UPWARD as a mechanism to focus on sales activities and improve the quality of response.

Previously, sales records for our home care services, such as day care services and home nursing care, were managed using paper documents and Excel, and could not be entered without returning to the business office, which led to issues of omissions and delays in recording. This problem was solved by UPWARD's function of automatic recording with smartphone stay detection and the ability to enter details of activities with a smartphone in between sales visits. Another issue was that there are several nursing care facilities in the same area, and in some cases the timing and content of sales activities overlap. Our goal for the future is to make our company's care better known to the local community and increase our fan base through the use of UPWARD.
