Previously, sales records for our company's day services and in-home care services such as visiting nursing care were managed using paper documents and Excel sheets. Input was not possible unless we returned to the office, resulting in omissions and delays in recording information. This issue was resolved by UPWARD's smartphone geolocation-based automatic recording function and the ability to input activity details on a smartphone during sales visits. Furthermore, we also faced the challenge of overlapping sales activities and content due to multiple care facilities in the same area. With UPWARD, we can now understand what kind of sales activities other offices have recently conducted, which strengthens collaboration within the area and improves sales efficiency. Our goal moving forward is to leverage UPWARD to increase awareness of our company's care services within the community and expand our fan base.
