Through this funding, we will accelerate the development of AI functions for field sales and solution packages optimized for specific industries.

UPWARD will further focus on developing AI functions for field sales that combine location information technology and AI, which we are currently promoting. We will provide sales engagement services that automate the recording of customer contact activities by field sales representatives by combining smart devices, location information technology, and AI, and create new customer contact opportunities. This will allow field sales representatives, who are responsible for the last mile to customers, to focus on essential customer facing activities, improving customer satisfaction and maximizing sales.
