UPWARD, Inc. To commemorate this, we held a ceremony inviting local customers, investors, and partner companies.
Since 2023, we have been expanding into the Southeast Asian market, supporting the operational efficiency of field workers, including those in outside sales, and their management. In particular, due to the high demand in Thailand, we have decided to establish a new base in Thailand as a hub for developing the Southeast Asian market.

In Southeast Asia, mobile devices are rapidly becoming widespread, increasing interest in improving the efficiency and visibility of sales activities utilizing mobile technology. Customer information management and sales activity reporting are not fully digitized, and many management teams with field workers express concerns such as, "We cannot grasp how our staff is conducting sales activities." On the other hand, due to severe traffic congestion, especially in the Bangkok metropolitan area, there is a growing need to efficiently plan sales routes and directly report and share information from the field. Given this backdrop, real-time visualization and operational efficiency of sales activities using mobile-based solutions are expected to rapidly expand in the Thai market.
Going forward, we will establish a robust system for providing implementation support and support to customers in the Southeast Asian region, starting with Thailand, and accelerate our global expansion.
To commemorate the establishment of UPWARD's Bangkok, Thailand office, a commemorative ceremony was held locally on August 29, 2025 (Friday). The ceremony was attended by users of our company's products, investors, and Mr. Ryoichi Kojima, Operation Director of PT. SECOM Indonesia (Location: Jakarta, Indonesia, President Director: Yutaka Miyaji, hereinafter referred to as SECOM Indonesia). We introduced "UPWARD Meets," a mobile-based activity management service developed for the Asian market, and explained our future global strategy.

In the future, we are considering developing AI-powered multilingual voice analysis functions and AI scanning functions that can digitize documents simply by photographing them. We believe that Product-Led Growth (PLG), where the appeal of the product expands the user base, will be realized in the future. We aim to complete the PLG model as soon as possible and become an indispensable service for field workers around the world.
