To commemorate the opening, UPWARD held a ceremony inviting local customers, investors, and partner companies.
UPWARD has been in the Southeast Asian market since 2023, helping fieldworkers, including outside salespeople, and their management improve operational efficiency. In response to growing demand, especially in Thailand, UPWARD decided to establish a new base in Thailand as a hub for developing the Southeast Asian market.

With the rapid spread of mobile devices in the Southeast Asia region, there is growing interest in the use of mobile devices to streamline and visualize sales activities. Management of customer information and reporting of visiting activities have not been sufficiently digitized, and many managers with large numbers of field workers have voiced the problem of not being able to grasp how their staff is conducting their visiting activities. On the other hand, in the outbound field, traffic congestion is serious, especially in the Bangkok metropolitan area, and there is a growing need for efficient planning of visit routes and direct reporting and information sharing from the field. Against this backdrop, the use of mobile-based solutions for real-time visualization of sales activities and operational efficiency is expected to expand rapidly in the Thai market in the future.
Starting from Thailand, we will build a robust system in implementation support and assistance to our customers in the Southeast Asian region and accelerate our global expansion.
