Until now, UPWARD has provided technology that automatically records presence by setting a geofence (a virtual geographic boundary line) around the customer's location and detecting entry and exit. This technology allows sales representatives to easily report activities from their mobile devices based on automatically detected location information, without having to search for customers. By deploying geofences only when movement is detected and activating the application only when presence is determined, we have created a mechanism that minimizes battery consumption and communication volume on the device, enabling both ease of use in the field and reduced burden on the device.
However, with conventional technology where the center and radius of the geofence are fixed, manual adjustments were necessary depending on the actual site area, density, and visit patterns.

This technology allows AI to learn from the location information history and geographic space information of user activities, and optimizes the center and radius of the geofence for each user. Its main feature is the ability to freely expand and contract the detection range, true to its name 'Elastic,' according to the sales style and visit patterns of the 담당자. This ensures that activity information in the field is automatically recorded more accurately and in line with the actual situation.
