Clarify handling of personal information as AI functions are expanded

(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryusuke Kaneki; hereinafter referred to as "UPWARD") will revise its privacy policy as of October 31, 2025.
The purpose of this revision is to provide customers with greater peace of mind in using the service in line with the expansion of AI functions such as voice analysis.

Background of Revision

UPWARD provides services for field workers, including outside sales representatives, and in recent years has strengthened its use of AI technology.
The company is sequentially expanding new functions to help improve productivity in the outbound field, such as a voice analysis function that automatically summarizes and records the content of business negotiations, automatic formulation of sales plans using AI, and scanning and analysis of business cards and product labels.
In line with this, we have revised the content of our Privacy Policy to clarify the handling of personal information by AI.
