(Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand; Managing Director: Yuta Kuribayashi; hereinafter TerraSky (Thailand)), which supports the digital transformation (DX) of companies operating in the APAC region.
Under this agreement, TerraSky (Thailand) will commence sales and implementation support for the field sales AI agent "UPWARD" within Thailand.
In Thailand, while mobile devices centered around smartphones are widely adopted, work styles based on notebook PCs are not common. Even for field sales and other visit-based operations, smartphone-based work methods are the mainstream.
As a result, field sales operations face numerous challenges: "Sales activity logs and customer interaction records remain isolated on individual mobile devices, making it difficult to grasp actual business operations," and "Activity reports are scattered across SNS and chat platforms, making organization difficult." Consequently, CRM systems are often not implemented. Furthermore, against the backdrop of traffic congestion and population decline due to low birth rates and an aging society, there is a growing need for systems that enable limited personnel to achieve results efficiently and share information quickly.
To address these challenges, UPWARD, which provides AI agents enabling automatic activity logging from smartphones to CRM, and TerraSky (Thailand), with proven expertise in Salesforce implementation and utilization support, have partnered. This agreement was established to advance DX for field operations in the Thai market.
