According to the Consumption Tax Law, the consumption tax on the services we provide after October 1, 2019 is scheduled to be 10%.
For transactions invoiced prior to that date, we will calculate and invoice at the current tax rate of 8% for the portion of the service period that falls on or after October 1, 2019.
If the consumption tax is raised to 10%, we plan to bill for the difference of 2% between the new tax rate and 10% for service usage on or after October 1, 2019.
