FOR FURTHER BUSINESS EXPANSION AND CORPORATE BRAND UNIFICATION, THE COMPANY RELOCATED ITS HEADQUARTERS FROM YOKOHAMA, KANAGAWA PREFECTURE TO CHUO-KU, TOKYO ON JULY 25, 2016, AND CHANGED ITS NAME TO UPWARD CO.
