In "Location Information 1.0" from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, when location information began to be commercialized, GPS was used for car navigation, and the digitization of maps began. In "Location Information 2.0" from around 2007 to 2013, SOLOMO (Social/Local/Mobile) flourished with the spread of smartphones, and services that linked social media and location information were successively created.
