Mr. Suzuki of salesforce.com and Mr. Shibata of UPWARD Corporation jointly gave a lecture on the theme of "Field Sales Revolution in the Financial Industry" realized through visualization of the sales field.

ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 28, THE FIT FORUM, AN IT SEMINAR FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, WAS HELD IN OTEMACHI, CHIYODA-KU, TOKYO, HOSTED BY NIPPON KEIZAI TSUSHINSHA. 5 SEMINARS WERE HELD FOR VISITORS RELATED TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. MR. SUZUKI OF SALESFORCE.COM INC. AND MR. SHIBATA OF UPWARD CORPORATION JOINTLY SPOKE AT OUR SESSION. MR. SUZUKI GAVE A PRESENTATION ON SPECIFIC EXAMPLES OF BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTS AND SECURITY FEATURES ADOPTED BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND MR. SHIBATA SPOKE ABOUT THE DRAMATIC INCREASE IN PRODUCTIVITY IN FIELD SALES USING UPWARD. MR. In our session, we presented "Field Sales Revolution in the Financial Industry" realized through visualization of the sales field, in collaboration with salesforce.com, Inc.

MR. SUZUKI OF SALESFORCE.COM, INC. EXPLAINED THAT THE SYSTEM HAS ALREADY BEEN ADOPTED BY MORE THAN 50 FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN JAPAN, AND THAT THE SYSTEM IS COMPLIANT WITH FISC SAFETY STANDARDS AND HAS ALREADY INVESTED SEVERAL TENS OF BILLIONS OF YEN IN SECURITY MEASURES, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THEME FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. THE COMPANY HAS ALREADY INVESTED TENS OF BILLIONS OF YEN IN SECURITY MEASURES AND HAS ACHIEVED AN UPTIME OF MORE THAN 99.9% WITH NO INFORMATION LEAKS. Next, Mr. Shibata introduced how to create a "winning pattern" to systematically improve sales force by visualizing the sales frontline and quantitatively collecting and utilizing real information originating from the frontline, as well as examples of companies that have introduced the system to strengthen their sales force through activity management. The key to speedy and reliable activity management is "prioritizing sales activities based on collected data." By utilizing "UPWARD," which seamlessly links Salesfroce and location information, customer information and visiting activity status can be displayed on a map in real time, and location information and voice recordings can be easily recorded onsite. This can dramatically improve productivity while reducing the burden on the sales frontline.
