Started his career at a Japanese consulting firm. He was involved in the establishment of a base as the Hokkaido branch manager. He then joined salesforce.com, Inc. where he launched a region and built a new model.
After that, as the first employee of Marketo, Inc. he launched Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Success, etc., and was responsible for the Commercial Sales Department, expanding the organization.
Joined Smart Drive in 2019 as CRO (Chief Revenue Officer). He is responsible for marketing, customer success, and business development to maximize revenue.

AFTER GRADUATING FROM OSAKA UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN STUDIES (NOW OSAKA UNIVERSITY) IN 2007, HE WORKED AS A PLANNING DIRECTOR AT AN EVENT COMPANY BEFORE COMING TO INDIA. AFTER GRADUATING FROM OSAKA UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN STUDIES (NOW OSAKA UNIVERSITY) IN 2007, HE WORKED IN WEB MARKETING AT A LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS COMPANY. AFTER RETURNING TO JAPAN, HE WORKED AS A SENIOR CONSULTANT AT A MARKETING CONSULTING FIRM, SUPPORTING THE PROMOTION OF GLOBAL MARKETING OPERATIONS.

HE JOINED UPWARD IN MAY 2018. AFTER WORKING AS A MARKETING STARTUP AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, HE NOW OVERSEES SALES.
